When we decided to move permanently to Marbella (Costa del Sol) area we contacted homes-abroad.net via their website. Very short after we was contacted by Lotte Kristiansen, who quickly figured out what we were looking for and sent us suggestions based on our criteria.

We visited many areas and quickly found out which areas suited us and Lotte rang to many of the selected homes to get the exact addresses so we could see them first on google maps, after which we sorted and visited only the few selected homes, which we were sincerely interested in.

During the final negotiation, Lotte Kristiansen from their Costa Del Sol office was very helpful and an important person to have on our side as a contact between us and the seller's broker. Homes-Abroad has also helped find a very good lawyer via their network.
