Trees, orchard and plants in general are treated with organic products.

The stream that borders the farm, which runs from autumn to the end of the spring, together with the exclusive use of ecological products, encourages many species of birds to make their nests in the trees, in the reeds and bushes of the stream. The ecological garden provides fresh and tasty vegetables for much of the year.
In winter, oranges give enough fruit to enjoy fresh juice every morning.

The property is 3min by car and 15min on foot from the traditional village of Borge. This small authentic village has essential amenities such as a food shop, butcher shop and postcards. It also has several restaurants and bars, such as a municipal swimming pool. The city of Vélez-Málaga, and its shopping centers, banks, schools, and many other amenities, is 27min.
The property is located between a few hills, in a place where the vegetation is abundant. Walking in nature around is very nice.
The access road is very short, the property being three minutes from the main road.
